GREAT TEACHERS MAKE GREAT CLASSES!
All of our instructors are nationally certified and must complete the necessary continuing educational hours to stay on top of the latest trends and to meet your needs. They are also required to be AED and CPR certified.
OVER 30 CLASSES EACH WEEK
We offer a variety of classes suited for everyone’s fitness levels from the beginner to the advanced athlete. All classes with the exception of Group Cycle are included in the membership. If you don’t see something suitable for your needs, please let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate your requests.

Lori Sterlieb - Zumba & Fitness Instructor
Certifications: Personal Trainer IFA certified, kickboxing & Zumba instructor. Fitness is my passion and I love to keep my workouts high energy, fun and am always looking for new ways to spice it up and make you sweat! When I'm not teaching, I'm spending time with my 2 beautiful daughters.
Lisa Hyman - Zumba & Cardio Fitness Instructor
Certifications: AFAA, Pilates Institute of America, Silver Sneakers, Zumba. Lisa has been practicing Pilates and yoga for the past 20 years. She loves to dance and her hobby is refurbishing houses. She has a blended family of 5 children and recently became a grandmother.
Marcia Haines - Instructor
Certifications: YMCA USA Group fitness, Principals of Fitness, Cycle Reebok, Heart Zones level I & II. Marcia is a nurse practitioner as well as a cycle, step aerobics, body sculpting & boot camp instructor. Marcia is privileged to help clients overcome personal challenges & assist in setting life long goals toward living a happy, healthy life.
Molly Hoffman - Fitness Instructor
Certifications: AFAA certified in 1993. Molly has been in the fitness industry since 1980. She is certified to teach floor, step and water aerobics, ball classes & Pilates. Molly enjoys all forms of cross training, outdoor sports as well as competitive swimming & surfing.
Susie Flournoy - Fitness Class Coordinator & Instructor
Certifications: AFAA Group Instructor, Personal Trainer, Reebok Cycle. Suzie is co-coordinator for Cardio-Fitness (Aerobics) programming and has been teaching group cycle and cardio fitness classes at Loggerhead Fitness since 1993. She is also a certified personal trainer.
Susan Zimonis - Group Cycle & Fitness Classs Instructor
Certifications: AFAA. Susan has been an instructor for over 14 years. She is certified through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. She has been with Loggerhead Fitness since 2005.
Angellique Malfregeot - Fitness Instructor
Angelique has been working in the health & wellness industry for over a decade. She is a certified strength & conditioning specialist NSCA and CPT. She is also certified in Gyrotonic, Pilates, Zumba, Madd Dogg spinning, aerobic & aqua exercise. She is a Florida native and enjoys outdoors.
C.J. Eaton - Cardio Fitnesss & Yoga/Pilates Instructor
Certifications: AFAA. CJ has been an instructor for over 23 years, 12 of them at Loggerhead. She teaches Group Cycle and other Cardio/Fitness classes. She is a registered nurse specializing in women’s and children’s healthcare.
Julie Garberg - Fitness Instructor
Julie has been a personal trainer for the past five years. Her experience in group fitness classes means her training style is diverse and fun. She has been a triathlete since 2004. She believes routine physical activity combined with balanced nutrition is the key to living a long healthy life.
Vickie Lang - Fitness Instructor
Certifications: ACE, AFAA, NASM, Silver Sneakers. Vickie was born and raised in LA and recently moved to Jupiter. She has been teaching group fitness classes such as cycling, TKB, Pilates and personal training for over 20 years. Vickie was named the IFPA “Fitness Instructor of the Year” in 2004.
Jacey Barnes - Cardio Fitness & Group Cycle Instructor
Certifications: ACE, IFA. Jacey is co-coordinator for Cardio-Fitness (Aerobics) programming at Loggerhead. She is also a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She has been teaching and training for over 6 years.
