Bob is a post-rehab conditioning specialist. He has over 30 years experience in the heath & fitness industry. He and his wife Nancy are owners of Priority Fitness and Rehab based in Miami.

Brenda is an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. She is currently working on her NASM CPT certification. She has been in the fitness industry for 18 years.

Chris has a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science/Biology from Quinnipiac University. He is a NASM certified Personal Trainer and is currently attending PBCC for Diagnostic Medical Sonography. He is experienced working with a wide range of clients including rehabilitation exercises.

Suzie is co-coordinator for Cardio-Fitness (Aerobics) programming and has been teaching group cycle and cardio fitness classes at Loggerhead Fitness since 1993. She is also a certified personal trainer.

Tom moved to Florida from New Jersey in 2001 to attend Northwood University, where he earned his BBA in Marketing, Advertising and Management. In 2004 he attended NPTI, a 500 hour program that focuses on nutrition, physiology and anatomy. Tom has five years experience as a personal trainer in Palm Beach County and is responsible for helping countless clients achieve their goals. Tom also owns Fast Track Fit Camp that offers group personal training sessions in an outdoor setting.
