There are three ways to experience a Group X Class:

1. Come on site – In studio – Limit 15 students. First come first served.

2. Watch from home! – Online live streaming and on demand – Click here to learn more.

3. Projector “Virtual” Instruction – Instructor is offsite, we are using our screen and projector to display class in studio.
