Dave offers personal training for individuals who are serious about reaching their fitness goals. Dave will train a wide range of clientele, from beginners to individuals with advanced fitness levels. He specializes in a variety of individually tailored training modalities including: functional training, sports specific training, joint mobility and flexibility training, body sculpting and body building techniques as well as cardio-vascular conditioning and weight loss programs.
Glen Smith - Personal Trainer
Born and raised here in Jupiter Glen started competing in athletics at the age of 6. He started working out when he was a freshman in high school so he could get bigger, faster and stronger to play football and it led to him being one of the top football players in Palm Beach County his senior year and then on to play football at Livingston University in Alabama. He loves to work out and stay fit and enjoys teaching others what he has learned over the last 28 years.
Michael Joseph - Personal Trainer
Mike is new to Florida by way of New York City and Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Originally from Boston, Mike is certified through The National Academy of Sports Medicine and grew up playing both football and lacrosse in high school. After college, he moved to New York City to pursue his love of fitness and worked at a gym in TriBeCa while attending The New York Academy of Personal Training. He then moved back to Massachusetts where he was a personal trainer and group exercise instructor at a The New Seabury Country Club in Cape Cod. He is excited to share his passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle with others and (hopefully) never see snow again.

Fran Indellicati - Personal Trainer / Group X
Fran is certified thru NASM (National Academy of Science Medicine) in wellness & fitness training, group exercise instruction, core & functional fitness, water aerobics as well as being trained in the Tivity Silver Sneakers program. She also studies the ancient practice of Qigong/Tai-chi and became certified thru the Supreme Science Foundation in Orlando, FL in 2012; she even has certification in Food-based Healing thru that organization. After working in the healthcare industry as a medical assistant in orthopedics for several years, she transitioned to the fitness industry back in 2013 because of a strong desire to help individuals, at whatever stage in their life, follow a more wholesome and sustainable lifestyle.

Dana became a Florida resident in 2014 to pursue her dream in the Health and Wellness field. Upon moving to Florida, she has been given the opportunity to manage a variety of fitness facilities of residential Country Clubs throughout Martin County. She has established her career in the fitness industry for over 18 years while studying Business Management at Berkeley College in New York. Dana is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT) and holds certifications in group fitness and Drums Alive. Being as passionate as she is towards others, Dana is currently studying at Palm Beach State College to become an Emergency Medical Service Technician, receiving a degree in Fire Science. Joe Audette - Personal Trainer
Joe Audette has been in the health field for 25 years as a medical massage therapist, working with doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists and physical therapists to return patients back to optimum health. Through his years in the health field he holds to a unique yet simple perspective on heath: Live a healthy life, yet be moderate in all activities, from food, exercise, fun, education, relaxation, work and even thinking. Joe is an advocate of daily meditation which he has been practicing since his father taught him in 1968. He now teaches basic meditation techniques to others, so that they may experience the benefits that meditation brings.

He graduated from Florida Culinary Institute and worked in multiple restaurants/hotels in the area. Paul eventually moved and spent the past 18 years in Boone, NC as a chef/ restaurant proprietor. He has now moved back to pursue his passion for teaching fitness as a personal trainer. Kent worked as a personal trainer for European Heath Spas, United Health Clubs, Park Avenue Squash & Fitness Club, Newport Athletic Club, World Gym and Golds Gym. Stieg is a NCAA All American and graduate of the University of Wisconsin. His career started in 1990 when the University hired him as an assistant strength and conditioning coach. There he developed, implemented and monitored year round strength and conditioning programs and nutritional supervision for 21 men’s and women’s sports programs. From 1997 through 2004 Stieg worked as the head strength & Conditioning coordinator for two professional hockey teams, the New York Islanders and the Phoenix Coyotes. He also co-founded the NHL Strength and Conditioning Association. Stieg and his family moved to Jupiter in 2011. Stieg has numerous personal training certifications and specialty certifications: Golf Fitness (TPI Certified-Level 3), Corrective Movement Specialist, Power Plate Level 2-Master, Kettlebell Specialist, TRX Suspension Training Instructor and an iMett Certified Metabolic Specialist.

Christine has taught group fitness to a diverse clientele for over 20 years.
She is certified in Spin, Step Aerobics, Kickboxing, Body pump, Strong by Zumba, Poundfit, and she created a class called “Bikini Bootcamp”.
Christine graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies and a Certificate to teach High School English and Drama. Christine taught for ten years in Arizona and Florida schools and currently uses her many skills to motivate others to achieve their fitness and weight loss goals.
