Now Julie is focusing on helping others meet their fitness goals. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
David Wentz - Personal Trainer
Dave offers personal training for individuals who are serious about reaching their fitness goals. Dave will train a wide range of clientele, from beginners to individuals with advanced fitness levels. He specializes in a variety of individually tailored training modalities including: functional training, sports specific training, joint mobility and flexibility training, body sculpting and body building techniques as well as cardio-vascular conditioning and weight loss programs.
Glen Smith - Personal Trainer
Born and raised here in Jupiter Glen started competing in athletics at the age of 6. He started working out when he was a freshman in high school so he could get bigger, faster and stronger to play football and it led to him being one of the top football players in Palm Beach County his senior year and then on to play football at Livingston University in Alabama. He loves to work out and stay fit and enjoys teaching others what he has learned over the last 28 years.
Susan Benson - Personal Trainer
Susan is a native Jersey Girl. She has over 20 years experience as a personal trainer, plus 14 years in hospital settings working closely with the PT and OT departments as Director of Allied Therapies at the world renown Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation. Susan has a B.S. degree in Health and Physical Education and has participated in competitive sports at the varsity level. People are her passion and assisting them toward reaching their personal goals to enhance their quality of life.
Debi Borger - Personal Trainer
Originally from Pottstown, PA, Debi is a 2000 Cum Laud graduate from Temple University with a dual degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education. In addition to being NASM certified, she is a Level II ACA certified Kayak/SUP instructor, AFFA and Group X certified. She has vast experience in teaching, as well as an extensive Aquatic and American Red Cross Instructorship background. She has lived, taught and paddled in such places as Costa Rica, Cape Cod, both the New Jersey and Maryland Eastern Shores and Florida.
Debi’s training experience began a few years ago when injuries prevented her from surfing any longer. having always been an athlete and living an active lifestyle, she began to look for alternative ways to hear her injuries and found it by strengthening the muscles surrounding them. She was amazed to see how well it was working an how her body was changing. She then set a goal to become a CPT so she could help others as well!
Always continuing her education, she is currently studying to become a N.A.S.M certified Youth Exercise Specialist.
Denys Meers - Personal Trainer

Denys is originally from Boston, Mass where she attended college and played basketball. After college she taught bilingual education for five years. Upon relocating to Southern Florida 9 years ago, she became certified to teach beginner and advanced Power Pilates in 2015. Her love for fitness drew her to continue her education and become AMFPT certified. Denys is currently continuing her education in sports nutrition. She has been passionate about health and fitness her whole life and enjoys assisting her clients in finding a happy, healthy balance to life and fitness.

Fran Indellicati - Personal Trainer / Group X
Fran is certified thru NASM (National Academy of Science Medicine) in wellness & fitness training, group exercise instruction, core & functional fitness, water aerobics as well as being trained in the Tivity Silver Sneakers program. She also studies the ancient practice of Qigong/Tai-chi and became certified thru the Supreme Science Foundation in Orlando, FL in 2012; she even has certification in Food-based Healing thru that organization. After working in the healthcare industry as a medical assistant in orthopedics for several years, she transitioned to the fitness industry back in 2013 because of a strong desire to help individuals, at whatever stage in their life, follow a more wholesome and sustainable lifestyle.
Michele Diaferia - Personal Trainer
Michele is a nationally accredited NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT).
He started training in 2002, jumping right in, working out twice a day for six months. Seeing the benefits, it became an unbreakable habit. Michael decided he wished to help other people become fit.
Michael attended The Fitness Institute an International organization and graduated with certificates in Exercise Science Foundations, Strength and Conditioning, Fitness Testing, Functional Training, Nutrition Education and Weight Management, and Post Rehabilitation and special population.
Michael has worked with Elite Boxing in WPB, Fitness Strategies in NPB, and Connor Moran Wellness Center in Tequesta.

His interest is helping others achieve their fitness goals after his own 55lb transformation. Mike believes exercise should be a fun and uplifting experience that enriches our lives.
Paul D’Ambrosio - Personal Trainer
Certification: NASM – Paul is from Connecticut but moved to Tequesta, FL when he was in middle school. He graduated from Florida Culinary Institute and worked in multiple restaurants/hotels in the area. Paul eventually moved and spent the past 18 years in Boone, NC as a chef/ restaurant proprietor. He has now moved back to pursue his passion for teaching fitness as a personal trainer. Certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Paul wants to take his 20+ years of weight training/ culinary knowledge to help people change their lives through fitness. He believes we’re all at different fitness levels, and regardless of age, we can all benefit from daily exercise and healthier eating.

Tom has a BBA in Marketing, Advertising and Management. In 2004 he attended NPTI, a 500 hour program that focuses on nutrition, physiology and anatomy. He is responsible for helping countless clients achieve their goals. He has been a teaching boot camp since 2008. Tom’s passion is helping the visually impaired improve their health through a personalized fitness program he designed and implemented.

Heidi Hendrix - Group X / Personal Trainer
