Small Group Training – Level III.

High intensity functional fitness workouts designed for advanced athletes and fitness enthusiasts. These workouts are designed to make you fitter, faster and stronger through full-body strength training. [Caloric Burn: 300 to 600 calories]
Classes will incorporate functional movements as well as plyometrics (jump training) that will push your body to the next level. Level 3 will consist of high intensity circuit training in which each exercise is performed for 60 seconds. Circuits include 6-8 exercises and rest is taken after completion of each circuit. Modifications are always available to fit each individual’s fitness level. Safety is of primary concern, and participants will never be asked to perform an exercise if form breaks down or the exercise becomes painful. Get outside of your comfort zone and push your mental and physical state with SGT Level 3.
